Kolo delivers institutional-quality equity research to retail investors without the jargon, the noise, or the length. As our AI Engineer, you will build, eval, and iterate on the Kolo stock research agent.
You will work directly with the technical founders. We ship on a weekly cadence; the feedback loop is fast, direct, and rooted in whether the output is actually useful to a real investor.
You probably
✓2+ years building software with LLMs in production
✓Strong Python, data pipelines, APIs, scripting
✓Experience with evals, you measure output quality, not just gut-check it
✓Comfortable working with retrieval systems and structured outputs
✓Bias toward simple, working solutions over complex ones
✓Previously worked at an early-stage startup
✓Remote work experience
