Be the founding engineer at Kolo. Own everything from the research pipeline to the product surface members read every week.
You'll work across backend and frontend directly with the founders.
This is a high-ownership role with meaningful equity. You will make real architectural decisions, touch critical paths early, and grow with the company.
We move fast and keep things simple. You should have strong opinions about what not to build, and the range to ship both sides of a feature without waiting on someone else.
You probably
✓2+ years building production web applications full-stack
✓Strong TypeScript; comfortable in React and a Node or Python backend
✓Can design a clean API and a readable UI with equal confidence
✓Bias toward simplicity, you've seen over-engineering and walked away from it
✓Previously worked at an early-stage startup
✓Remote work experience
