Own the growth engine behind of Kolo.
Kolo grows by earning attention. The product is quiet and considered, the marketing should be too. You'll work on the full funnel: content, organic, partnerships, viral networks and the kind of word-of-mouth that comes from genuinely good product.
This is a hands-on role, write the copy, run the experiment, read the data, do it again. No agency layer, no approval chain.
We're open to a range of experience here. If you're earlier in your career and have a strong instinct for what resonates with a smart, discerning audience, we want to hear from you. If you've owned a full growth function before, even better.
You probably
✓2+ years in marketing, growth, or content
✓Strong writer, you can make a complex product feel simple and worth paying for
✓Comfortable across paid and organic channels; you know when each is the right tool
✓Comfortable reading data and knowing which numbers matter
✓Remote work experience
